We do NOT accept any
marketing/stock/sales calls. This telephone line is for our
website customers only.
If contacting us regarding an order, we
will need the ORDER ID number which would have been e-mailed to
you after the checkout stage providing you entered the correct
address. The ID usually starts with 000 - If you do not have this then
we will need to know exactly what date the order was processed,
the purchasers name, and details of the item(s) ordered.
At
present, we do not ship outside of the UK. For delivery
information, please see further below.

Paul Strong Designer Wear was founded in 1999, and since then we
have been the number one designer clothing
website in the UK for choice, quality, and most importantly low
prices for authentic stock. Over the years and into 2006/7 over
25,000 customers have graced us and found themselves a bargain
which no other outlet can often match.
We keep our finger on
the pulse of the latest trends and new brands, but we also take
great pride in being able to continually choose the best
collections from our classic brands, and we wholeheartedly
listen when our customers tell us what they want to see, whether
new or old.
We guarantee to have the best price online for
our authentic stock, and if you can show us a cheaper one we
promise to try to beat it by at least by 5%. We keep a close eye on all
of our inferior competition, and try to make sure we stay
current with the lowest prices.. but occasionally we might need
you to tell us about something we've missed!

Our e-mail newsletter service will offer subscribers
notification of the latest stock updates, special offers,
exclusive subscriber only discounts and all the latest
relevant news.

There is NO CHARGE
to exchange an item for a different size or to return an order
for a refund, you will only need to pay for the item to be
returned to us. If you return an item for a refund, and it did
not originally qualify for free delivery, then you will be
refunded minus the original charge you paid. There is no further
charge if you received free delivery originally, and you will be
refunded the full amount.
We also offer you the exclusive
chance to choose a delivery date to suit your needs, which you
can arrange at checkout.
If you refuse delivery of any item after it has been despatched by us you will be liable to pay the standard £3.85
returns charge.
At our discretion we also offer delivery to an alternate work address
only. An alternative personal address IS NOT ALLOWED. Some of our competitors make the
excuse that NOT doing this is better for you and the
company, but we strongly disagree with this. All it takes is
some common sense, and once we have checked out your details,
nearly all requests are successful.
HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
Simply select the item(s) you wish to purchase and add it to the
shopping basket, click checkout, and then provide your details
and leave the rest to us!
We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American
Express, Diner Cards and certain cards associated with saver
accounts. We also accept Visa Electron cards without any
fuss.
All card details are processed on site at our premises and no
payment is taken until your order is ready for despatch. The BT
provided Internet Secure Server we use has the latest and very
best encryption methods for sending your details to us. Your
information is 100% safe and secure at all times - we stake our
reputation, and most importantly our legal standing on that
fact.
After we receive your order our system will despatch an e-mail
confirmation of what you have ordered, if you don't receive this
then it may have been caught in your spam filter or because a
typo was made at the checkout stage.
We can also accept a personal/business cheque or postal
order as payment, all you have to do is e-mail us for
further instructions.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
SERVICE
If you are not totally satisfied with
your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange
within 14 days from the date you received the order. You
will need to pay for a refund or exchange item to be returned to
us, but there is no further charge beyond that.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER THE 14 DAY PERIOD UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
You must ensure goods are unworn, undamaged , and importantly
with ALL original tags attached and with packaging for the item
if it was provided.
When you try an item on for the first time, DO NOT remove
the tags! Also, if you try on a t-shirt or other garment then
please make sure you do not use under arm deodorant or a strong
smelling aftershave. If we feel you have not followed these
instructions, or that you have worn the item for a sustained
period then you will have your item returned to you with no
refund, and we will dispute any claim made with an outside
party.
We do not accept responsibility for
failure to comply with cleaning instructions and do not accept
returns on items that have been washed. All of our products
are guaranteed to be washed safe at the given instructions, any
damage will have been caused by the machine used. We are
also not responsible for abuse or third party damage from a dry
cleaners, or for a broken button, zip, zip fly or similar
outside of the 7 days period.
Please remember we can only refund or exchange any faulty or
otherwise goods if they accompany the original, or a copy of
the invoice, and the receipt for your payment. For your own
protection, we recommend that you send the package back with
adequate insurance as anything lost in transit will be your own
liability, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in
the post.
THESE TERMS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STANDARD STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER
UK LAW.
FAQ AND OTHER INFORMATION
When will you take my payment?
Your payment will be
debited once we have confirmed that your item is allocated,
checked for quality control and ready to despatch. This method
helps us minimize problems, and offers you as the customer an
extra piece of mind that your order is being fully confirmed
before payment is debited from your account. If your payment is
declined due to the fact that your issuer advises us your
address details do not match the details provided, we will let
you know. If the payment is declined for lack of funds, you will
also be advised as soon as possible so that we can work with you
towards the best resolution.
I haven't received my order?
If your order has not arrived on the day you requested, please
contact us immediately the next day via e-mail or telephone so that we can
track it for you. If the problem is that a delivery attempt has
failed, you should have been left a calling card for which you
can contact the carrier and arrange another delivery. If your order has been declined, it's likely
that you did not receive our e-mail to notify you of this.
Please check your spam filter, as this is often the reason why
e-mails are lost.
Are your items 100% genuine?
Any
and all products listed on our website are 100% authentic
guaranteed. The simple truth is that we could not possibly
still be here if we offered fake garments. We stake our entire
reputation on our "100% Authentic Piece of Mind Promise" - we
also take claims against our stock being fake/counterfeit VERY
seriously. If you make this claim to us, you will need to make
sure that you first have reported the matter to Trading
Standards and that they have issued you with official
confirmation - if you don't have this, we do pursue at full
legal effect the right to have any such statement withdrawn..
whether it is made in person, over the telephone or on an
internet message board/forum.
Do you have an extended returns
policy over Christmas? What about Bank Holiday deliveries?
Yes we do. Any order placed from the 7th of December can be
returned for a refund or exchange up until the 4th of January
(or the nearest Friday BEFORE the 5th) in the New Year. Our
standard terms for a refund or delivery still apply, which you
can find above. Please call for confirmation of the date.
We do not work on Bank Holidays. Orders will
be despatched on the next available working day.
